Project description

Re-audit of ACCSA standard -anaesthetic documentation.

Opportunities for trainee involvement

Support the generation of evidence for our next ACCSA accreditation with a simple re-audit of how well we document our anaesthetics. As this is a re-audit it is an opportunity to complete an audit ‘loop’ and there is an audit ‘recipe’ ready and waiting. A power point of the previous audit can be provided for more information for anyone who would like to learn more.
